Most people realize that for LGBTQ+ people, coming out is not a one time thing. To live an authentic life LGBTQ+ people have to come out on a regular basis (i.e. joining a new team at work, starting a new job, gaining new teammates etc.)
As an ally, I have had the honor and privilege of helping LGBTQ+ people through the coming out process. In addition, I help allies understand the importance of coming out as visible allies.
I am honored to help those in the LGBTQ+ community come out and begin living their most authentic lives. I also am honored to help mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, friends and co-workers along their journey to becoming out, visible and supportive allies.
